MTE offers 24 hour payment service to our members via live agent, our Automated phone attendant, and our myMTEMC web portal and app. While these options are very popular and convenient, they are limited to electronic payments only. Cash and Check payments are possible in our Office locations during business hours, and we have made MoneyGram bill payment available to our members that may need to pay overnight or on weekends.
