myMTE setup requires three things:  

  1. Member account number 
  2. Last name or business name 
  3. Valid email address

MTE uses third-party software to keep your data safe. SmartHub is the tool we use as the foundation for the myMTE mobile app and web portal. 

No. The myMTE mobile app and web portal are not connected to other utilities. You’ll need to set up a new account in myMTE using your MTE account number. 

The app and web portal currently offer members the ability to pay their bills, review their daily energy consumption, report power outages, read the Tennessee Magazine, and much more. As our cooperative continues to grow in both size and sophistication, myMTE will continue to gain new features to improve your experience with MTE.
